Bought a brand new car 2026 Lincoln aviator the garage door programmer will not program. I was basically told you're on your own that you are s o l if you can't fix it by yourself
Best car buying experience ever! Rachel Fortune was my salesperson, she was great. Very knowledgeable, kind and made the purchase pleasant , not difficult. The whole team I give a thumbs up.
Great experience! Derrick was very helpful and attentive! Went above and beyond to make sure my new purchase was detailed perfectly. Aaron was great on the financial side and very transparent about everything! Also a shout out to the sales manager, I forgot his name! 3 time Moses customer and highly recommend!
I had a Very good experience having my car repaired. Staff was friendly and accommodating, kept me informed about the status of the repair and was very fast. Highly recommended Moses Lincoln of St Albans.
Worked with Scott on our new ride, he was patient, thorough and respected my time. He was transparent in helping us find the right vehicle for our needs and did so without pressure. This was an enjoyable sales experience and I look forward to working with him again when the time arrives. A shoutout also goes to Andy, Desalle and Brie on the BMW side; you all made this great. Thank you!
