Purchased my (5th) Lexus in California. I moved back home so this was my first time using Moses for my purchased service contract. Everything went smoothly as I’ve come to expect with Lexus. Travis Naylor and the Service Staff were very accommodating. I also appreciated the phone text updates w/links to the details of my servicing, etc. Kerry Fugate and I had an informative conversation about the RX Hybrid series that I solicited while I waited as well.
