This place is such a headache, just go to Columbus or anywhere else. My wife and I have had nothing but a headache from this place. Do not come here. But this place is that bad that I will take the time out of my own day to tell you how bad this place is in my own individual review.
I recently drove down from Ohio to purchase a new 2025 ES 350 Ultra Luxury, and I wanted to share what a great experience I had. Bryce, the sales manager, Jaylen in sales, and Nathaniel in finance were all efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I have been buying Lexus vehicles for 30 years, and Moses's price was several thousand dollars less than any of my local dealers. Thank you so much for the excellent service; I will certainly be buying more cars from Moses in the future and will recommend you to everyone.
Top-tier service! A part on my car went out on my way to an important work event. I called, and they immediately jumped into action to help me. Moses Lexus fixed my car and arranged transportation so I could continue working without stress. Honestly, the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
UPDATE: New review, Lexus went ahead and fixed up a lot of their mistakes, except their finance department is still severely uncommunicative. I was pleased with the results but I definitely feel like everyone there needs to work on their communications between the departments and their consumers. I am beyond livid with this Moses Lexus and advise anyone who wants a car here should save yourself the trouble and drive to Columbus. I’ve never experienced this headache level of unprofessionalism and miscommunication from any dealership. If I had known this would be my experience purchasing a $69k car, I would do everything in my power NOT to come to this dealership. 1.)
