I went in not totally set on buying a car and I left with a new Honda accord. Everything was quick and efficient and Parker was a great sales rep. Definitely a good experience from my first time buying a car.
First I want to say that I appreciate my sales rep and the general manager Cleet for trying to make things right, but their finance manager Christina has made this my worst car buying experience that I've ever had. First thing, when we get to the finance office, and we're talking about a potential warranty, I keep trying to know how much the total cost of the warranty is, and she only wants to talk about how it changes the payment.
