Added additional charges after estimate, would not answer phone for 3 weeks, took a week 1/2 to actually start working on the car, red haired lady is rude on all sides. Claimed insurance wasn’t covering their portion agreed upon, around $150. When compared to estimate labor charges were inflated $300 and parts $140. Service manager will call you back and pretend to agree with you give you a lower price, then when in person he will throw his hands in the air and tell you to kick rocks.
