Dr Rob was very informative and spent the time I needed to have my questions answered for an unexpected situation that occurred to my eye. I was very pleased.
The staff are very nice and helpful. I called for an appointment because of debris in my eye and they saw me with in 2 hours on a Saturday morning. They were very helpful. When I was in a room the Doc came in and she took her time looking for debris and compared my other eye to getbproper diagnosis. Doc spent time answering my questions and explaining things the way I could understand. Highly recommend.
The people at Moses eye care in Winfield are amazing and super friendly! The eye doctor was awesome! I would recommend them and glad I decided to go there
The Winfield Location has a wonderful staff. The team was very professional and provided excellent service starting from the receptionist all the way to checkout. I have been to other offices prior to Moses eye care, and there’s no comparison with the service I received.
Great doctors and service but the amount of forms needed EVERY SINGLE VISIT is ridiculous. i assured them that my social security number, date of birth, sex has not changed. then having to write down all your insurance information when they take copies of your ID card. I asked why they can’t print out my profile and ask to make any needed changes. extremely frustrating and inefficient. Thankful i didn’t have an infant with me! they really need to address this process.
