Today I brought my dog in to get his yearly check up as well as vaccines and the process took forever. I pulled in at 2:15 PM for my 2:30 PM appointment. Since you have to stay in the car and call the number, I did so hoping to check in with the front desk. Odessa answered the phone and asked "Is this an emergency or can you hold?" Everyone at Moses Creek Animal hospital is friendly, efficient, caring, and professional. They have taken care of our sweet pup since we moved here and they always make us, and our pup, feel better.
Great staff and Doctors. With having 4 Dogs and two of them being in the 200 pound range (1 over 1 under), we are pretty picky with the care we want. They understand, answer questions and listen to the customer. Could not be happier with our switch a couple years back.
We are on day one of vacation and our dog wouldn’t open one of her eyes. We were received quickly and I can’t say enough about the kindness and compassion they showed. Our baby was diagnosed with a cut in her eye and they showed us how to take care of her best. We were pleasantly surprised with the final charge. Professional and kind all around. Highly recommended.
Had an appointment for a exam prior to our cat being neutered. We couldn’t get the cat in to a carrier so my husband carried him and before he could could get to the door the cat jumped from his arms. The technicians from Moses Creek searched tirelessly to catch and trap him. It was hot and humid and they didn’t give up until we insisted they go home. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Dr Becker saved my kitty's life. She acted quickly. She was very thorough. The best part of my experience is that I always knew what was going on and why. She communicated everything. I was never left wondering. I always felt that I could ask any question at any time. The staff are fabulous. Very kind and caring. Very supportive during a very stressful time. They are consistently good at what they do. I have only had excellent care there. Recommend highly.
