My son and I went in to South Charlotte Cadillac on a Saturday to get him a car he found on-line in TN. He paid $500 to have it transferred to Charlotte. While we were there, he wanted me to test drive the SRX to see if I liked it as much as the Buick Encore which I wanted. The salesman couldn't find the keys to the car we saw on-line but had me test drive one "EXACTLY" like it. This is one of the most amazing dealerships I have ever been too. They cannot do enough to please you. Always helpful. I didn't buy my car there, but I go the extra mile because they are honest and trustworthy! They don't try to sell you services that aren't needed. Don Massey gets my vote 100%!

I purchased a Saab from this dealership in 2006 and had it serviced here. When the Saab went in for oil change and maintenance, they took my jack kit and switched out the tires for 4 Bridgestones. I had a blow out on the Tempe bridge and discovered that they had done this. I reported it to Scottsdale PD who advised that I contact the Attorney General office. The AG office took the case, shortly thereafter the dealership bought me new tires and advised the AG that they "gave me a check for $500 as a gesture of good will." Fun... read more

Excellent Dealership – My family have purchased Porsches, Mercedes, Jaguar, Corvettes, Infiniti and many other brands. This dealership is as good or better than any of the other dealership purchases made. They are soooo friendly, have a beautiful dealership and concerned that you make the best purchase to meet your needs in a non-pressuring fashion. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Worst consumer experience I've ever had – I will preface this by saying that I really enjoyed my sales person... but this was the worst buying experience of ANY product that I've ever experienced. Worst Service department in Jacksonville – I have yet to have a pleasant experience with the service department. This service department fabricates needed repairs, never has any proof actual repairs are required and does not stand by their customers or products! While the details of the continuous issues are to lenghty to put here I would NOT ever recommend this dealership to anyone and plan to use all forms of social media availble to express my dissatisfaction.

Sabotaged alignment, destroyed tires, and intimidates wives – This is my 4th site that I have created an account for so that I can proclaim what a horrible experience I had at Rinkee. I might buy a car from them, but I sure woudn't get it serviced there. Bottom line: Avoid Rinke if you can. If you can

bad business practices – they define shady car dealer. After wearing us down for hours and hours of negotiating we finally got the car at the price we wanted. Then, a week after being in the car got a call telling us they messed up and we would either have to pay thousands of dollars, have our payment go up substatially or give the car back. After talking to some people, apparently this is how they do business all the time.
