I've taken multiple cars for service with no success, took my 3 series e46 for a air bag recall and now have a light on for the air bag. Called back to make them aware of the issue and received no help. Not a fan of my experience. Never had a light on before the visit, now after they performed a recall on the air bag system I have a light on. Wouldn't recommend taking a vehicle for any form of maintenance!
I purchased a truck from Moses Ford and they are outstanding! The atmosphere is not about pressure sales but about what the customer wants and finding the right fit My salesman, Ron Higginbotham, was incredibly awesome and helpful. The Finance Manager, Donald, was more of the same. They both explained everything to me in detail and gave me time to make my decisions. I am so happy with my experience here! The other employees are super friendly as well. What a great place to buy a vehicle!

I did not purchase my BMW at Moses, nor have I ever been there. My car however, was towed there from Parkersburg after it was rear ended. I have to say I got nothing but the best customer service! Every email and phone call was handled quickly, professionally and the work on my car was excellent. They even fixed a recall that I didn't know I had. To top things off, once my car was ready, they delivered it to me at work. That was over an hours drive! Thanks, Moses! I'll come visit you the next time I buy another BMW.
