I want to express my gratitude to Moses BMW in St. Albans, WV for being able to shuffle their workload around and address a traveling club members Z4 issues. Their workload would not have allowed them to look at her car until next week. Being President of the WV BMW CCA chapter and Area Rep for the ZSCCA I requested her car be looked at and ready for her upon her return trip. This meant other cars had to be delayed. Ordered a 5 series back in November. Arrived earlier this month. The entire process was completely painless (other than waiting for my car to arrive). The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely loving my 5 series! Highly recommend Moses BMW!
Had my M serviced there for a couple of years and one of the mechanics stripped the oil pan gasket and the service manager refused to repair it. Besides the receptionist, I find most of the team there to be rude and uncourteous. It is by no means a luxury car dealership and if you have the time, drive to Columbus or Cincinnati.
The friendliest employees, nice clean area to wait while the car was being worked on with plenty of beverages to calm the nerves. Clean restrooms, but need a hook in the women's restroom or something/somewhere to place a handbag. Don't like putting mine on the floor.
