During this troubling and trying time of Covid- 19, transportation is one less thing I have to worry about.
Moses BMW is a wonderful company with whom to work. They provide quality, professional service, and the staff is incredible. The staff go out of their way to be sure your service appointment is convenient and completed as scheduled. The facilty is clean and always a pleasure to visit.
The sales person was very knowledgeable and professional. The advisor went over in great detail with my wife about all the features and how to work them. They even placed a big red bow when I brought her to pick up her car it was a great experience.
Appointment was on time, they explained what they were going to do, completed the service in the time frame projected and washed our car. We also had a very comfortable environment to wait. Overall, a good experience for our fist visit.
We have bought 4 BMW’s from Aaron. He’s the best! Easy to work with, service is great as well. Highly recommend trying them out for new or used cars!
It has never been so easy to purchase a car! I came in not knowing what I wanted, and in less than half an hour Andrew listened to me and had several cars for me to decide between. I looked them over, test drove, and purchased a car all in under 2 hours. It was incredible, everyone was helpful and friendly... showing me all the features of the new ride and introducing me to BMW! Already looking forward to the painless process again!
I've always had good service when my car has been in their shop. Pleasant waiting space if you have to stay with your car.
