Customer service is horrible. They won’t return calls and they don’t have the parts that they have scheduled repair for...when you drive 2 hours it’s ridiculous to deal with this kind of incompetence. Take your vehicle to Columbus instead. Columbus or Dublin.

Moses BMW is like nothing I have ever experienced. Super sweet/friendly people. They kept me informed at all times. The service guys were great and very careful.
