Took my son's 2015 BMW in for oil change and inspection. Call comes at 11:30 that it needs new tires at a cost of $1200. I'm ok with that as vehicle is 2 years old. At 4:00 the call comes the call comes that it needs new struts at a cost of over $1400 plus $105 per hour of labor for 7.5 hours. None of this is under warranty for a vehicle bought in May 2014. Great experience with the service department. Convenient scheduling, pleasant employees, comfortable waiting area, quick turn-around, and cleaned car to boot! Definitely setting the bar high!

I am nothing but impressed at the way I have been treated by these guys. Sara (in service), Donald, and Aaron have really made this the greatest car buying experience for me.After going on a late night drive, I hit a patch of nails in the road and got a flat tire in my BMW M4. The tow truck driver was a complete nightmare and damaged the heck out of my car. Moses BMW fixed all damage free of charge and were quick to give me a loaner to get me back on the road. Just took home my new 2011 328xi .. sales department was excellent and got the paperwork done quickly! Thanks James and Andrew for all the help!
Scheduled first service and recall and arrived late....still greeted with smile and quick service. In less time than expected all work was completed; Sarah the service advisor taught me about car; James in sales answered questions about new models; Tony in parts ordered some other items....and car was even WASHED! The only negative was that I didn't get to enjoy the entire cup of complimentary Starbucks coffee! Thanks to all for a great experience!
Best customer service, every time I go to get my car serviced they treat me like they have known me forever. Me and my husband have bought our last 3 cars there and they were just as excited as we were when we purchased the car. I know it's probably fake but I would rather have that then them not caring at all. I want my salesman to be excited and happy about a car I'm wanting to purchase from them. Thank you to all the employees at Moses for the great service you have provided us.
