I have literally never had such slow service. I come in for an oil change and tire rotation and I sit and wait 3 hours. I hold a rock in my hand and watch it erode to mark the passage of time. I can take my car anywhere else and wait literally 1/4 of the time.
I had a great experience at Moses St. Albans Alpha Romeo! Ashley Penny was great and she made the whole experience special! I love my Giulia!
