Years ago, he sold us a house and was horribly unprofessional to us. He also made borderline racist/misogynistic remarks to our lender. We are in the middle of a house remodel and it turns out that the square foot he represented for the home was way off and the addition that the previous owner did (that we have to tear down) was not properly permitted like he represented.
