For years Moser/Kool Ducts has been there for us and never lets us down. From the pleasant receptionist to thos that come out to help solve the issues, we have always got the best service and people. I trust no one else with our Heat/AC related issues.

Very untrustworthy, I had an issue with my AC unit and set up a service call. The young employee added coolant for $660 without my consent and then told me one of his bosses would go over to place a dye in the unit to check for a leak. I had to call back the next because no one went over, was scheduled for the next day for service. After the next employee went to my house he called to tell me I needed $2000 worth of work. Fast and friendly service. Arrived on time. Found the problem and fixed it in a very timely manner. Highly recommend.

Don't use this company they are unprofessional the owner is selfish also doesn't pay employees after work was done also left employee out of town stranded and didn't pay after 6 days of work his words are you don't have nothing you are nothing . Never paid me for the work I done he's done this multiple times to others not to mention the company is very unreliable to customers lies to them about there seystem capabilities. I've witnessed him talk down on customers. I would use a more professional and caring company
