I live in a property built by The Moser Group here in Chalfont, and I can honestly say the entire experience has been excellent. They’re a well-known, trusted name in the area for a reason — everything went smoothly from start to finish. The craftsmanship and quality of the build are outstanding, and it’s clear they put real thought and care into every detail. No issues, no surprises — just quality work from a thoughtful, reputable local builder. Highly recommend them.
Terrible service from Lori Ferris. She promises and NEVER delivers on time. But she will always email you for your HOA payment. Regretting having to deal with her since we have bought a new townhome. You are not a priority to moser group once you pay them for the house so DO NOT pay your down payment until everything is fixed. Or you will be waiting months like us and our neighbors.
