My aunt told me to come here for appliances instead of going to a big box store and wow I didn’t even know this place was in Longview, but I was very impressed from the first phone call. After a poor experience with a big box retailer when buying a new range, I decided to shop local and I was not disappointed. As long as Moseley's is in business, they have my business. Back story: I ordered a range from Lowe's online. This was after waiting 30 minutes for their in-store sales rep to hand me his phone to read about the features of the range I wanted when I asked him a question (for real? EVERY appliance (washers, dryers, ovens, deep freezers, refrigerators, microwaves) we have purchased for our home since we moved to Longview Texas in 1972, has been from Mosley Appliances! They are a family owned business that offers honest service as well as thorough information regarding each model/brand sold at their business. They are very candid as to drawbacks as well as benefits of each item available. I would, and have, encourage anyone in the market for a new appliance to visit this business.
