The only tire store in Shreveport/Bossier I trust with my tires!! Also has a totally awesome kids area!!
Does not back up their work. Bolt they replaced came loose and fell out. Barely got safely stopped and had to have truck towed to another shop. Update: Had my truck in a shop again due to front end problems only to discover that this problem was another piece Moseley's had replaced and once again not done it correctly.

We warranty our work for 12,000 miles and we do stand behind our work. We would have preferred to have the vehicle towed over to us instead of another shop so we could have had the opportunity to make this right. As we understand the bolt that came loose was from work we performed on the vehicle on Jan 2014, 23,000 miles ago. We do value our customers and we feel this situation could have been corrected in our shop, if you would have allowed us the opportunity.
