I went to mose in June indrive 45 minutes to get there waited 6 hours my appointment was at 11am they didn't start on my car until 1ish. I got my tires done although I went in for the pullie on my belt. She didn't have the part,which was fine she ordered it in, i got a call on Monday saying the part wasn't in and that she would call me when it was in... it is now the end of August and I stll haven't heard anything. Mose is incredible! As someone who doesn't know very much about cars, I often feel worried about getting ripped off by folks working on my car. Since finding Mose, I no longer have that worry! I trust her with my car completely. Mose always clearly explains the work that she's doing, is upfront about what repairs are necessary right away and what can wait, and is very direct about price points. She completes repairs quickly and has been very accommodating of my schedule. I cannot recommend Mose Auto more!
