I never leave bad feedback, but genuinely the worst company I've worked with. I'm a real estate investor I had a rental property that needed cleaning. They initially bid me at $2200 for a standard clean then came down to $440 after negotiations, they never cleaned the place they came by took photos of the dirty house and didn't clean. Won't pick up the phone or reschedule. Super unprofessional, Please choose another company if you need a home cleaned in Pullman or Moscow.
Had them scheduled for a Sunday job but said they couldn’t get there and would the next day which was our lease end date. They made it but didn’t finish that day and landlord called saying it was still dirty. They went back the next day and took the entire day only sending pictures at 1 am. Didn’t send pictures of every room even though I asked them. Was contacted by landlord again saying they left cleaning supplies and didn’t finish cleaning. Had these guys come out to a property i was renting out, place was trashed. Needless to say they did a very good job of doing a deep clean and overall just had a good expiernce with them. Crew was thoughtful and respectful. Great job by them.
