Just about hit a worker driving a city rig with two green tractors. He pulled right out in front of us and got nothing from him but a nasty I don't care look. Happend on Conestoga street just now at 10:50 am June 1 2021. But I would expect nothing better
Dear City of Moscow Street Department, you should notify businesses before shutting down main arterial roads such as A street. There is no safe way to cross the street on foot and the road crew left the area with little signage to explain where to go. We have witnessed multiple near accidents today. Someone has dropped the ball!
