The doctor herself was excellent and quick as I was a very nervous patient. This assistant was very good in caring as well.The secretary Kristen was very polite. The billing department has much to be desired. Actually it's turned into a nightmare. Still not resolved 2 months later. I went in late November for a consult I was aware they didn't take that insurance and I paid $100 fee. I was getting a new insurance January 1st. I went to Dr. Mosca for retreatment on a root canal. I was told to use Ibuprofen for any pain that may occur. 1-3 days later, I was in excruciating pain that was not being managed by the Ibuprofen. I was taking 800 milligrams of Ibuprofen and Tylenol just to try to make it through, but the pain was still unbearable. I made an appointment to see Dr. Mosca about the pain. I finally have time to write this long overdue review about Dr Mosca. I met with her for a consult and she began writing down what she planned on doing for a root canal. I was on the fence about either pulling the tooth, or the procedure. When I told her this she was not happy and told me I had to leave. She was too busy. I asked her for a minute to regroup and use the restroom and she said no and put my belongings in the waiting room. Dr.Mosca and her staff are amazing!! I had a root canal done for the first time and Dr. Mosca and her assistant work so well together and made my experience virtually pain free... I'm just mad at myself for putting it off further than it needed to be, I wish I went to this amazing dentist and her staff earlier. Thank you again!
