Mosaic Westshore was easily the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. The staff are incredibly disrespectful, and they clearly don't prioritize the cleanliness or safety of their tenants. The hallways constantly reek of urine, which is unacceptable for any living space. I had a terrible experience when the gate hit my rear bumper while entering the complex. I love living at Mosaic Westshore. I am so happy with my apartment, the grounds, the staff and maintenance. Everything is kept up well, people are friendly, maintenance is awesome and I love the neighborhood overall. It has been a great experience! Thank you.
I came in for a walk through and liked an apartment. I said I would be back the next morning to fill out an application for it. That listing was cancelled that night and I was never notified not to come in. I was given another apartment to take instead and given the prices for that day. I said I would be back later that day to fill out an application. I come back and the prices for the unit are different on the website and they have no control over the prices, so the price they gave me was worthless? I can look past things l... read more
