I've been a resident for about a year. 28 cars were burglarized here on August 20, 2025, early in the morning. An event that big is definitely organized crime, and Mosaic Westshore had to have been scouted out because there is a culture of negligence when it comes to security here. Our parking garage gates have been broken since Hurricane Milton. At time of writing, that was a year ago. Garage has been open for months at this point. No help to residents who had their cars broken into due to the fact the garage was open. Absolutely no insulation at this apt. Super thin walls where you can hear everything
I’ve lived here for almost 4 years maintenance is great and the staff is great as well. But they will not do a thing when the person above you is being loud to a point where you can’t sleep. They do make this very clear every time you complain. So pointless to be living here paying over 2k a month in a “luxury apartment”
We're incredibly impressed with the leasing team! They went above and beyond to resolve all our concerns even before we moved in. Specifically, they promptly addressed the unserviceable aesthetic of the range, making sure everything was perfect. Their consistent communication and the respectful way they treated us made our move-in seamless.
