green yes, plausible no I was turned on to Mosaic Tile for their green approach. My husband and I are trying to embrace a more green way of life. I did appreciate the time of the salesperson we talked to, but after getting the explanation on their green approach, I wasn't overly impressed. It seemed to me that they were only making a half hearted attempt and it sounded more like a marketing ploy to us.
Mosaic Tile Fan We have been doing business with Mosaic Tile for many years. We have found them to be great with design and very organized. We advise all of our clients to make an appointment before visiting their showroom. That way they can allow enough time to provide the personal attention the client deserves.
Poor Service Emily the sales lady was a real downer. Poor attitude, not very helpful. After making our selections her communication has been non-existent. She managed to check her email while working with us. A second visit there to make selections and move the process along so that we could give them money was not good either. NO salesperson was available to help. They have a nice selection of tile but we will be taking our business elsewhere. Al
Terriffic for Tile Beautiful showroom; knowledgeable staff; and designers who are wonderfully helpful! It helps to have an appointment, of course, so they have time to work with you. We've done several projects with Mosaic Tile and found them to be a great, local resource for tile and stone. Some of the Crossville products they carry have the highest recycled content in the tile industry; and they are made nearby in Tennessee - great GREEN resource!
