I have tried to get an apt for over 2weeks and I had to reschedule because my son had a doctors apt the first time and the second time, they rescheduled but when she called to reschedule I had told her that I’d been to the hospital multiple times for my anxiety and I really needed an apt set up soon and she tells me that she’ll call me THAT week and schedule me, well it’s been a week and now it’s the next and I’ve called and called and called and can’t get ahold of nobody and TRUTHFULLY I shouldn’t have to try this hard to g... read more

I have tried to call for the last month to get in with the psychiatrist and I have gotten 1 call back and was scheduled wrong then when I tried to call and figure out why my appointment wasn't working and get it resolved 2 weeks ago. Still not 1 call back to get in with my psychiatrist. It has become impossible to get and appointment and I'm currently looking for a new dr.

I’ve gone to therapy most all my life and have found good therapist and very bad therapist. Ava or Eva at Mosaic is the worst therapist I’ve ever been so unlucky to encounter, she belittled me repeatedly and would not allow me to finish what I was saying before she began belittling me again. I’ve had a very difficult 30 years due to medications, the story is one she never heard because she wanted me to answer her questions, not to find out why the answers to my questions were what they are. If you are actually in crisis, avoid this place. The therapist seemed like she was reading from her text book and had no advice for me besides cry more🙄🙄🙄
