If you want nothing but to be pampered – Wow, I have never been to a more friendly, homey, and laid back professional place such as this. Those Techs are really amazing at what they do. I get my hair cut by Deni and my massages by Rodney. I just had my first facial and wow. Whenever anyone asks me what I want for a present, I think of Mosaic time because this team wants nothing but to make you feel more relaxed, refreshed, and healthier than when you came in.

great place --- good value, great products, terrific people – Are you looking for a good place to settle for regular hair and skin care? Mosaic on Argonne is wonderful. Full line of Aveda products, professional staff who can help with how to use them properly, bright and clean location beautifully decorated to enhance your visit with pampering. My hair is always gorgeous and I get tons of comments on it and their facials are great too! I've heard others talk about the massage -- that's next on my list to try :)

I love Mosaic! – For a long time I lived West of Spokane and went to the south hill Mosaic. It was always terrific. personalized service -- I was recognized at the door; understated elegance -- great smell, lots of plants, great tea or cucumber/lemon iced water. A wonderful feng shui atmosphere. I had my hair color & cut every six weeks, facials, almost every massage they offer and the occasional pedicure and can honestly say I have never been disappointed or unhappy with any service. Get Excited! – Get Excited because the best is here! You wont be sorry! She was on the Mosaic Salon on the South Hill before but is now here to Lead the Hairdressers! She explains how to do your hair, which products to get, and will create a hairstyle that works for you. She will give you a great massage also! Very unprofessional hairstylists – I bought a 60.00 coupon that gave me 250.00 in services and when I went to use it for the professional hair cut and scalp/neck massage, style and for them to show you how to style your new hairstyle. I ended up with a Walmart type hair cut. She didn't really do a consultation of what I wanted. She just asked if I like the length. I added hightlights to the service in which I got low lights in which made my hair even darker than it was when I went in. She didn't do anything but a few things ... read more

Regrettable – I found they had charged my debit card $87 for a rescheduled appointment. They never notified me of that charge and I was unaware of that policy. Their customer service is unimaginably poor. Spokane has better to offer than Mosiac Salon spa. Spend your money elsewhere.

worst salon experiance ever – I brought my mother in law here for her 50th birthday for a massage. Not only were we not in the actual spa but we were in a room that looked like it was never used full of unpacked boxes. During my massage I was treated to someone vaccuming upstairs, dishes washed in the break room next door, and also details as to what one of the other employees did with her boyfriend the night before. I called the next day to get my money back and decided instead to try it again and give them a secong chance.... read more
