This pharmacy is the worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They say one thing and do another. My medication is to be at my home on the 5th of each month and I don’t receive them until 3 days later. I spoke to a pharmacist on the phone and explained My concerns. Her response was sorry and we will transfer the meds back to your local pharmacy and hung up on me. I have used this pharmacy for close to a year and about to drop them. They cannot get my meds to me on time, frequently overnight certain meds they “overlooked”, contact other pharmacies without my knowledge or opinion. Out of 10-11 months I have had constant issues with them contacting doctors who I see, telling them they need another refill, etc., when it is clear from my doctor that they have updated them on the Rx.
Love getting shipment already separated and tells when to take the meds!
