Always get calls (daily) from my insurance company (Welcare) trying to get me to change to Mosaic Pharmacy when my current RX mail service is perfect and always on top of things, not happy about all the DAILY calls (sometimes twice a day) and how the 2 companies are in business together, beware if you even THINK about switching Pharmacies as your phone will be ringing off the hook!!
It’s a no show with them, oh they call go over meds and all the needed information and thank me and bye… but my med not here every 30 days so I call and get the most disrespectful conversation from a Pharmacy technician every 4 weeks so because July fell on 5 weeks that means my weekly dose will not happen until 2 more weeks and the other meds a no show so far. I got no time for untrusted pharmacy technician telling me check an empty box for a date , look I threw empty box away last week her response was ok give us 48 hours ... read more
I've been using Mosaic for a few months now. They are efficient and super customer service oriented. Very friendly and helpful. The first month not all meds were able to make it into the packs but vials were delivered with the pills. The transition went smoothly and I am quite happy with the service.
