I have been talking to them about my mother's meds they send every month. Now she is in heart failure and doesn't know all her meds so she asked me to call them again, the lady gets on the phone and says she can't talk to me without my mother here. I told her I talk to you guys every month she said sorry. NOW MY MOTHER IS SUPPOSED TO BE WITHOUT HER MEDICINE. CERTAIN RULES FOR CERTAIN PEOPLE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A SERIOUS MEDICAL CONDITION.!

My husband used Mosaic for years until he passed. He and I loved the convenience and we never waited for refills, always on time.

Mosaic called me thru my insurance company all nice and assuring that having my meds delivered they home service would be so easy in prepackaged meds. That’s the only nice thing I can say about them. It was a horror story after that. They harassed every dr I had constantly and even drs who didn’t prescribe certain medications just to get a prescription on file even though they had all meds on file from my pharmacy.
