I moved into Mosaic in May 2025. I love where I live! The application and move-in process was efficient and involved zero stress. This is a small complex; it's quiet, remote and low-traffic. For the first week I wasn't sure if I had any neighbors living in the adjacent units because I couldn't ever hear anyone. I did in fact have neighbors, but there's either some super soundproofing in the walls or they are just very considerate people. Everyone I have come across have been nice, professional people. I have emailed and called and had no response, this gives me no confidence in becoming a tenant.
Thought we got a deal but this place is a disaster. The maintenance of this place is god awful. Moved in with a the dishwasher covered in mold and was told that there is nothing they can do about it. Weeks later, found mold in the ice maker and they came and said theres nothing can do about it besides just clean the ice maker (we still find some black specs in the ice now an then so i just dont use it anymore).
