I’ve been doing a lot of work reconnecting with my body this year, and I was nervous about finding a massage therapist I could feel safe with. I’m so grateful to have found Abby. The ambiance of her massage room and her calm, grounding presence made the whole experience incredibly healing. I’ll definitely be booking many more sessions as part of my ongoing practice of maintaining a regulated nervous system.
Abby has been my personal trainer and nutrition coach for the last few months, and with her guidance I have made amazing strides in reaching my fitness and health goals. She caters each session to my individual needs and adjusts if I want to focus on a certain muscle group. She gave me actionable advice during each nutrition session, and equipped me with tools that helped me track my diet and exercise. Working with her has had a huge impact on my overall health, and I can't recommend her enough!

Booking an appointment with Abby might just be the single best thing I've ever done for myself. I felt anxious arriving (just the day I had, and going to a new place) and she chatted with me for a few minutes before the appointment. I started to feel better, and by the end of the appointment I was more relaxed than I've ever been in my whole life. I will definitely be back. Thank you Abby!
