This is a very difficult review to write. I love my apt here at Mosaic, the maintenance staff is great, Karina in the office is wonderful. Now for the issues... I have two storage units on the property, they have both been broken into no fewer than 7 times since we moved here last year, as well my car has been broken into and packages stolen, open boxes with contents missing found by others in the stairwells. Horrendous parking, poor response to people ACTUALLY getting shot in their parking garages, unprompted and incorrect updating of billing information, foundation cracks, and an overall lack of care for anything besides money says just about all you need to hear about Mosaic.
RecommendedI have found this community to be very welcoming and the Mosaic staff are so professional and responsive to my needs as a tenant. I love swinging by the office and saying hi because it has a fun vibe. My space is beautiful and upscale!
Near UT, HEB, Farmer's market, and other interesting places in Austin!
Great social events, prime location, awesome neighbors, last but not least the amazing staff!!

This apartment complex is amazing--great neighborhood, kind staff members & awesome amenities!! I'm so sad to be moving out after 3 incredible years :( I told my boyfriend that me leaving this place to move in with him proves just how much I love him

The office staff treated me like a tenant from the moment I took a tour and paid my deposit. They continued to treat me with patience each time I showed up to visit until my move in date. They have been true to their word to date and that is commendable. I have been here and happy for almost five months now! Plan to stay five years minimum so I will post again at renewal.😉
