Had a 3-D breast imaging done at this location. They have a third-party billing agency (RSI, RCM) that does not do their job. Maybe they should hire a new collection agency to collect on their bills. It is not the patient’s responsibility to call the insurance company to see why things aren’t covered. It is your billing department job to call the insurance company to see why things aren’t covered.

Radiologist specialist of St Joseph do not send their customers a bill they send them straight to Northwest financial and the day they hit there they're considered in collection. I have taken it upon myself to contract the three credit bureaus the hospital and next will be the Attorney General. And they refuse to take the stuff that's already been paid by my insurance and my medicare off my report.

Billing is absolutely horrible. It is not handled by any local employee. I didn't receive bills for months and yet was turned over to a collections company FOR $36. This is a very poor reflection on a local provider which I don't have a say in reading an xray from the hospital!

I cannot count the number of times that we have requested that the radiologist be part of our insurance and they were not and we are stuck with the bill. I never get a bill and they turn me over for collections. If I had any choice I would NOT use them!
