I see Dr. Chacy Lancaster and Jennifer Kline as my therapist and both are the absolute best out of all the doctors I've seen!
They will send your scripts in on Friday with next year's date on it and won't answer the phone or return the pharmacies calls that were made on Friday. Never have I seen a doctors office with no one on call after hours or on weekends to fix this they are rude at the answering service basically told me off and hung up on me. I will be contacting the state medical board about this office I think it should be shut down. This is the worst dr office I've ever been to and I've been to some shady ones In my life. I have had a pretty great experience with the behavioral health department at mosaic. The nursing staff is especially helpful. Sheryl went out of her way to help with a script problem!
