I sought treatment because I needed a psychiatrist who understood complex PTSD, dissociation, ADHD, PMDD, and addiction recovery. The doctor I saw was very dismissive. They would ask questions, but consistently interrupted me mid answer. I did not feel like I was heard in my struggles. My appointment was not properly handled in my opinion. I was not asked certain questions, but in my chart, it says I denied these symptoms. How can I deny something that I was never asked. Overall, my experience was very poor. I have seen multiple therapists and doctors in regards to my mental health issues and this is my first bad experience.

I was dealing with some mental health issues and I was beyond scared to ask for help. I came into mosaic thinking, they will just throw me in a padded room or something. I couldn't have been more wrong. Three good meals a day, snacks, and nurses, staff, and doctors who care deeply about you. There wasn't a staff member who I didn't think for a second didn't care about me. Thank you guys so much!

Stay away from Dr. Brown I would say more but it would get deleted. Update: Dr. Drew as he calls himself makes Brown look great. Stay away. The whole clinic has fallen apart since the switched locations. They don't answer mychart messages and the list goes on.I talked to the manager Melissa, no change.
