Really satisfied with the renovation. The finished space has a much more polished appearance, but it still feels natural and easy to live with. I recently had several areas of the house updated, and I’m really happy with how everything came together. The project included some new flooring, fresh paint, updated trim, and a few smaller repairs that had been waiting for attention. I liked that the improvements worked together instead of making each room look completely different. We had an amazing experience. Jazmin was Always on top of any questions we had, she would answer within seconds . Roof was done on the same day amazing workers. I would definitely recommend to friends and family . Price was also fair . Very understanding and patient .
We had great work done by Capital properties. Joey and Jazmine did so much to help us with our insurance company and the 2 other companies (solar and gutter filter) we needed to coordinate with to get our roof replaced. From meeting the appraiser who came to check the damage to coordinating to remove solar panels and leaf filters then finally adding a complete new gutter system prior to our filter company reinstalling the filters.
