I initially left a review that wasn’t very positive, but after working more closely with Mosaic Fairfax and having a thoughtful conversation with the branch manager, I realized my first impression didn’t reflect the full picture. Plus, when another supplier delivered the wrong floors during our reno, Mosaic stepped in and supplied the perfect floors within days. We worked with these folks on the tile design/selections for our bathrooms and they were great to work with. Very friendly and responsive.
Loved working with Allison! She was so fun to collaborate with and helped me realize my vision for my master bath. My design ideas were refined and finessed through her impeccable taste and knowledge of her products. I bought tile, plumbing fixtures, medicine cabinets, and Toto products all in one place. This is my second time using Mosaic and I still highly recommend.
