We placed two orders after coming to Mosaic twice and picking out items that they never ordered resulting in significant delays. Their communication with customers is unacceptable.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mosaic and the team. Particularly, Diego. Diego was absolutely wonderful. Patient, kind, thoughtful. He spent SO much time with us and was incredible thorough with his time, insight and help. Highly recommend!
