Very helpful, even though we didn't have an appointment.
We are long-distance customers fully renovating our 1970's Richmond home all the way from Hawai'i (5 hour time difference) and Lauren Atwell helped us through the process in grave detail and excellence. I met her one time in person while I was home in Richmond and since then we've only communicated mostly through iMessage and FaceTime. Mosaic is my go to for tile! I love their selection and most of all, the entire team is so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Whether I’ve stopped by the store or called in with questions, someone is always ready to help. I’ve remodeled my bathroom and kitchen and they’ve helped make the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
