Good products, but crap when it comes to having their customers best interests. Had 5 boxes of tile left over when the project changed and due to their vendors return policy for “special order” items i was left with the excess. Why do business with vendors that leave your customers out in the rain? I’ve used these folks 3-4 times, never again! Lowes or Home Depot have way better customer service and return policies. Dont take your $5k-$10k project, order any excess and be screwed on the back end with these folks. They had th... read more
Great service! Great product
Beautiful selection, and displays but the staff is not super friendly. In fact, we’ve been put off by their lack of friendliness both times and won’t be going back.
