My family & I have been going to Mosaic Health for years. Dr. Jones is our primary dr, and Lana is our nurse~ There has not been, nor would I suspect ever would be a negative thing to say. There are both the most compassionate, thorough, caring, as well as professional, and kind souls. And I do my homework before I go to anyone, they both check all the boxes. And the staff are all top notch, also caring and helpful~ So I gladly give them 5 stars and a because I love them that much~
Staff are lovely but in the elderly home and care units they need to have more care. They come to do there jobs but are really not there, you get payed, you should do your job and stop being so lazy. If the alarm goes off YOU NEED TO CHECK IT OUT!! not sit there and do nothing as you let the elderly just get out and wander. They need to be more careful and actually do their job. Please have more care and realize you need to actually actively help and monitor these elderly people. End the laziness please.
