I'm not a customer, but I had an unsettling experience with a Mosaic van while driving home from work on the highway. It was during rush hour when the traffic was already heavy. I observed this van cutting lanes several times and driving aggressively. We both exited the highway at the same ramp, which led to a dual-lane left turn. Shockingly, as the van made a left turn from the inner lane, it suddenly swerved into the outer lane, almost colliding with the car beside it. I have been a client of MGT for ten plus years and it has literally been a smooth ride throughout. My interactions with the owners, Maurice & Rhonda, their reservation department, dispatch and their excellent drivers have been positive. Using their limo services has been an efficient way to arrive safely at appointment(s) on time and less stressed.

Worst transportation ever, this company is a 3ed party for Disneyland cast members and everyday we are late because of it. There is no supervisor on site or nobody to talk to on site. They do whatever they want and don't care if we come late to work. Always 20 minutes late. This needs to change asap.
