Dr. Rashid was excellent. He took one look and easily diagnosed what was wrong, proscribed me the correct medication, and the skin condition I had for 2 years cleared up within a few weeks!
Dr Rashid is an excellent dermatologist! Time after time he is highly responsive to any issues I raise resolving them in the same appointment. He is extremely thorough, and I totally trust his opinion and recommendations.
This place does not care about its patients. Dr. Rashid prescribed me medication without submitting information to my insurance which made me pay out of pocket. When I asked the office to do this, they stated this simply is not a part of their procedure. This is not the case, as my new dermatologist did this for me and found a medication and prescribed the medication, which is covered by my insurance. As always, Dr rashid and his staff are professional and respectful of time. I have never waited longer than 2 minutes to be shown to the examination room and less for the Dr. to walk in.
