Beware incompetent front desk staff. They cancelled my appointment the DAY OF because of their own clerical error. I didn’t get the memo until I turned up. Then they could not find a time to reschedule me…the receptionist even took another phone call and tried to schedule another patient before finalizing a reschedule of my own appt. This is a wonderful practice, particularly if you're LGBTQ and/or want a place that's body affirming. You don't have to be weighed, their nutritionists practice intuitive eating, and overall I feel really seen and heard each time I go. Highly recommend!
