Phone system is now fixed so I can give 4 stars. My daughter is a patient with a therapist who is at the Timonium office and has nothing but good feedback. And my daughter won't just talk to anyone. It's been a hard time finding someone she will talk to. I will say prior to this month the phone issues were horrendous. So those reviews with ppl mentioning phone issues are accurate. If something should change I'll update my review.

Edit: I was contacted by Sheppard Pratt who profusely apologized for the interaction I had and rectified the situation. I just had the most shocking interaction on the phone with whoever is responsible for making phone calls. I called asking about a program I later found out was not offered at this location and the woman's responses were rude, curt and so apathetic towards me. I cannot believe someone would speak so poorly to someone seeking mental health treatment.

Since being overtaken by Shepard Pratt, once again they have hit rock bottom. I am a residential client with mental health issues. This review is about administration @ Timonium and not the counselors. This location is incapable of answering phones. They are incapable of returning calls in a timely manner. They are incapable of returning your call at all. You will eventually get a live operator who will claim they are at a different location and can only transfer you. You will get more voicemail.
