I’ve had such an incredible and positive experience with this clinic. I’ve been going to them for a few months now. Front desk staff have all been incredibly kind and supportive truly going above and beyond for the clients. Especially when you keep in mind how incredibly overworked people in the medical profession are. The doctors are respectful and professional but most of all knowledgeable! This place needs more positive reviews. The doctors here are great and the front desk people are lovely.
Very disorganized. Confusing signage. Unhelpful staff.
The front desk of this clinic is extremely unhelpful. Every time i have called to make an appointment they give an appointment which is for a week later. They push you to go to emergency or urgent care. I spoke to a lady who called me back at 6.47pm on 28 January 2026 as a response to a message i had left at 9.55am. She denied to give me any appointment until end of the week. My husband and I were very excited to finally get a family doctor but it has been extremely frustrating dealing with the front desk. They never answer the phone from 9-5 even outside of "regular" lunch hours. I leave message after message asking for a call back to make an appointment and never get a call back. How can I make an appointment if nobody answers the phone or calls me back?? Ive also had confusing conversations with the receptionists when they do call.
