Our lactation consultant Jessica helped us more than we can fully express in a short review. She is knowledgeable and clearly experienced, but what sets her apart is how she combines that expertise with genuine warmth. The MOA’s at the front have recently changed (around April 2026), but prior to that we found them to be very helpful. - I will update once I have experience on the new staff. While it can be difficult to get through to the clinic by phone, and the lack of an online booking system (my previous clinic used Cortico) is frustrating,….all messages are promptly returned when I do call. I’ve had such an incredible and positive experience with this clinic. I’ve been going to them for a few months now. Front desk staff have all been incredibly kind and supportive truly going above and beyond for the clients. Especially when you keep in mind how incredibly overworked people in the medical profession are. The doctors are respectful and professional but most of all knowledgeable!
