The front desk of this clinic is extremely unhelpful. Every time i have called to make an appointment they give an appointment which is for a week later. They push you to go to emergency or urgent care. I spoke to a lady who called me back at 6.47pm on 28 January 2026 as a response to a message i had left at 9.55am. She denied to give me any appointment until end of the week. My husband and I were very excited to finally get a family doctor but it has been extremely frustrating dealing with the front desk. They never answer the phone from 9-5 even outside of "regular" lunch hours. I leave message after message asking for a call back to make an appointment and never get a call back. Terrible experience here! This is NOT a well run clinic. I was selected to this Clinic off the Health Registry. When I called to confirm appointment, that’s where everything went down hill fast. First off, they don’t answer their phones. Its very hard to get a hold of anyone. Secondly, they wouldn’t tell me what doctor I would be seeing. Excuse me? Very nice and accommodating receptionists. Clean and modern clinic in a convenient location. It's near bus stop and a parking garage attached to the building. The nurses are helpful and gentle and doctors take their time to answer all of my concern and questions.
