Dr. Yau is fantastic, kind, and caring. Would give 6 stars if possible.
Dr. Murthy is outstanding. Listens to concerns, doesn't try to rush me, friendly. And front staff are also friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good things about them.
Clean, well organized, pleasant staff
Never answers the phone, impossible to book an appointment. Booked a phone call appointment with my doctor 3 weeks ago, no call. So I called them to ask what was happening, it was booked as an in person appointment this whole time. Receptionist told me they will call me back right away. Never did. I expressed to them how important it was to me to have this appointment and there was no empathy whatsoever.
