DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT GET HEALTHCARE SERVICES HERE. Michelle Sullivan, FAHASS and Mosaic are a joke of a social organization and healthcare facility. They had Medicaid information out of date for over 2 years, unable to provide sliding scale information because of this. Michelle Sullivan just ignores emails, to the point I had to email my nurse practitioner directly to get anything done or any response. Constant communication issues. tentative review change from 1 to 3 stars because things are being worked on to improve communication and information being provided to patients. hopefully I will be able to increase it more in the future. will say that Ashley Tyler has been great, as have anyone on the medical end specifically, because she is actively listening to her patients and working to help improve their care and communication issues with management.
Had high hopes after a good first appointment, but unclear billing communications has me stuck with a lab bill I cannot afford. Literally cannot afford to continue my treatment and thought this place was supposed to be a better option, but it's just another medical facility jerking vulnerable people around.
I had high hopes for Mosaic, especially since they're one of the only openly LGBT affirming practices I've found in the area. Dr. Dominguez is great, but double and triple check that your appointment has been scheduled correctly, and consider calling to confirm before your appointment. I have now had multiple instances where appointments have been scheduled for different days than had been discussed when initially scheduling them, or have been scheduled as telehealth when they were supposed to be in person and vice versa.
