Lived here for two years. Great experience. Very peaceful and quiet. Safe to the point of being worry free. Everyone is kind. Location is nice too.
The location is ideal in Perrysburg. I really like the amenities like the pool and how clean everything is kept.
Avoid this property! Major noise issues. The units have virtually no soundproofing, and more importantly management doesn't address ongoing problems like constant heavy footsteps at all hours, dogs barking 24/7 or excessively loud music from other tenants with frat subwoofers you can hear down the hall. Look at the other reviews
Friendly staff. Kinda pricey but worth it for the area.
I absolutely love living here. The property is always clean, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The management team is very responsive and always friendly. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!!
