Great save by the Head of Maintenance at Mosaic at Largo Station. I moved in to the Community a week ago and the fridge in my unit gave out and as promised he was able to replace it on a quick turnaround given the delays with appliances being shipped these days. Thank you Mr. Al!
My mother is a resident at Mosaic at Largo Station, and I’ve had a frustrating time trying to support her. Since she is unable to walk to the rental office, phone communication is the only option. Unfortunately, despite calling several times, on several different days and times, no one answers. I have sent a message through the corporate website, Greystar, on her behalf and still nothing. Definitely do not come here, the maintenance man stole an electronic handheld device(i won't point out exactly what it is) i bought for my mom so she can work on her dexterity a few months ago never got to report it because no cameras, if you don't want your things stolen do not come here.
I love living here. The only thing I dont like is that people often run through the halls yelling (mental health issues and other) I also wish the parking spots were larger. I have accrued a lot of scuffs and dings on my car due to tight and crooked parking. Every time Ive had an issue with packages, the leasing team has been more than helpful in resolving. No issues with pests Shaquille and Tomara are AMAZING!
