Went on a tour today with CJ! And he was amazing! Very informative and made us excited to move here! He answered all questions and he allowed us all his information and knowledge! Definitely check him out!
DO NOT APPLY HERE! I applied last year and never went through with signing a lease based on reviews and I’m here to say the reviews are 100% correct! They constantly charged my card as if I was a resident living there and when I called the office they told me they would reach back out but never did till this day! Last year I had to call my bank and call the third party to get my money back. I recently got a deduction on my credit claiming I have an unknown collection and debt due and I am not or never was a resident!
I met with Tomarra regarding an inquiry on a few units. She connected us with CJ, who had a wonderful spirit and great energy. He showed us around the complex, providing great answers for us as well. I am seriously considering applying for a lease here. Thank you so much Tomarra & CJ!
CJ was soooooooo down to earth and helpful when it came to touring the property. He was able to give us all the information needed to make our final decision as well as answer all the questions we had for him. I applied to this apartment and they made me pay a $200 holding fee. Got bots to send me information to apply for renter’s insurance, xfinity, and more as if I got the apartment. The leasing office did not email me or call to tell me if I got approved. I called and called and emailed and received no response. So basically I got scammed out of $200 and when I called and emailed them to receive a refund I still got no response.
