I payed for parking in their garage but they stole my tires, all four of them. Another time someone broke the passenger seat window to steal my phone charger. Management does nothing to help. Instead there's tow trucks there to tow your car even though you reside there. Hallway spells like Marijuana.
They have no complimentary visitor/guest parking for their residents, not even 1 spot. They will tow your car and that’s really just it. Even when you pay for visitor parking, they only offer 4 hours and then the other times are days. Ex: 1 day, 2 day, 3 day.
I lived at Mosaic at Largo Station from 2022–2024 and had ongoing issues with maintenance, safety, communication, and billing that were never fully resolved. My first unit was not move-in ready (cracked tiles and mirror, mismatched blinds, poor cleaning). I was told some items couldn’t be fixed and to “work around” them. I first talked with Madison who was so nice and knowledgeable Who told me to come to the property and meet with Jesus who was very RUDE customer service matters when people are touring places and he’s the first face you see he is the person who opened the door for me to come in the building If you would like to move in the area, I would not suggest these apartments the people that you have to talk to to deal with on the day today that will be taking your money that will be helping you with maintenance issues. Great save by the Head of Maintenance at Mosaic at Largo Station. I moved in to the Community a week ago and the fridge in my unit gave out and as promised he was able to replace it on a quick turnaround given the delays with appliances being shipped these days. Thank you Mr. Al!
