As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. Mosaic apartments in Scottsdale is truly breathtaking! I've lived here since 2008 and actually dread moving out. And quite frankly, the reason was due to a huge spike in the rent during the "Planned-Demic.' My rent went up by $380.00 per month! THAT'S RIGHT. A $380 PER MONTH INCREASE. So much for MY paradise.
