Do not I repeat DO NOT RENT HERE. Bed Bugs roaches and the maintenance sucks. It's not worth the time and energy. I thought this would be a great place near dwntwn and cheap well im getting what i paid for.

This place is awful! I lived there for over 3 years and they evicted me over bogus claims. There is too many FOREIGNERS running the place. They are racist. There are roaches and bedbugs all over the place! DO NOT RENT HERE!
I would not recommend moving here. The apartment mangers are rude. When I first moved in it took them two hours to flip a switch to turn on my electricity during the summer while it was over 100 degrees outside so while moving around furniture I did not have air conditioning. The stove was not working and it took them four days after I complained to fix it and I had to constantly remind themabout the problem to remind them that not having a working stove is an emergency. I have been here over a year and never had any problems. Everyones nice and they are in the middle of remodeling all the apartments. Parking isnt a problem either!
Don't go this apartment!!! I was planning to move in this apartment this month.. but suddently they called me changed contract .. i tried to talk about why changed the plan because they said that suddenly don't have the room for us .. and they just let us know 7days before our moving day... They are SUCKS!!! the staff just eager to get money!!! they can break the trust each other!!!
The staff is very nice, but the apartment is FILLED with ROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they crawl on you in the middle of the night, I have a 7 month old and they were getting in and on her bottles. You can't cook in the kitchen because they start coming out from all directions getting in your food. If it was'nt for the ROACHES!! I would've stayed.
