New tenets are loude heavy footed some dont pick up after their dogs and once a week theres a girl who screams and slams her door for like 30min
Nice place to live BUT packages repeatedly and consistently keep getting STOLEN (especially electronics) and management refuses to do ANYTHING about it. It is highly probable that the THEIF is one of the residents here. BAD! We live next to El Grullense Grill and the cooking smell from them is really bad I can’t afford to open my nice sliding window door to enjoy the fresh air Bay Area’s got to offer.
