I moved into this building sight unseen, as I was moving from another state. It's NOT in a good area. Neighbors are jerks (one kid actually ran up and grabbed my butt, while his parents laughed). The staff are incompetent. Multiple occasions now, the rent invoice isn't updated, so when the correct amount isn't paid, they try to tack on BS fees ($20 for them to post the notice on your door, plus late fees).
